It is imperative that we have accurate phone numbers and email addresses on record for all guardians. Other changes, including street address and emergency contacts, must be made by contacting the office of your home school. HAC gives parents the ability to view their student’s coursework and grades in greater detail. San Angelo ISD has a mobile family app that makes viewing student records easier on mobile devices!
If you forgot your password, selectForgot My Username or Passwordfrom the Login Screen. The Enrollment Verification Form allows you to update your address. Remember, you will have to upload Proof of Residence forms when completing your Address Change.
Login to Home Access Center
A window will appear will your student’s coursework listed by class. Near the top will be two tabs on the left-hand side of the window. Parents can view their student’s Grades/Coursework at a high level or more detailed level.
Parent's can view their student's Attendance History in HAC. Sending an email to your student's teacher is easy in the Home Access Center. The following message will Appear from Home Access directing you to your email account to complete your registration with an Access Code. 3.Enterthe Requested Information in the required fields and Clickon the Registerbutton. 1.Click on Home Access Center Login button in the righthand corner of the Menu Bar. Home Access Center FAQ's
This system provides real-time access to classroom grades, daily attendance, schedules, and assignments due. Both guardians and students have access to the system, and have separate logins. For guardians with more than one student at District 99, only one login is required. Now you can access school information from mobile devices using the eSchoolPLUS Family app. Use the app to view attendance, classwork, class and activity calendar events, fees, and student grades. Also, send email to a teacher by tapping the teacher's name.

Geneva CUSD 304 reserves the right to limit or terminate HAC access for any reason without notice. All guardians requesting a HAC account consent to electronic monitoring and understand that all activity is electronically recorded. At your scheduled conference time, you will click the link to join. Please wait in the lobby until you receive permission from the teacher to join the virtual conference. To download to your Apple, Android, or Kindle mobile device, search your app store for “eSchoolPLUS Family” or click one of the links below.
The Home Access Center offers parents the ability to view a daily summary, attendance information, student schedule, and more all in a password protected environment. Alerts and emergency communications are sent to the contact information provided in HAC through our ParentLink system. Click the Edit icon at the far right of the contacts area if updates are necessary.
How to Access Home Access Center
On the Save button in the upper right corner of the Select Contact Information Window. You can update your contact’s Phone Numbers and Email Addresses in the Demographics tab under Registration. To get to Demographics, Click on the Registration icon at the top of the window. Geneva CUSD 304 will not be responsible for actions taken by the guardian that would cause compromise of their student information. The student’s account will be disabled when the student withdraws, graduates or is expelled from Geneva CUSD 304.
Guardians will not attempt to harm or destroy the schools' or the district’s data or networks. You will receive a message in the window asking you to check your email for information resetting your Password. Please reach out directly to your student's school if you have a question about a specific reported absence on your student's HAC Attendance View.
You may change your password at any time by clicking on your name at the top right hand portion of the screen. ESchoolPlus Home Access Center is a web-based tool that gives parents the opportunity for proactive involvement in their children's academic success. On the Classwork tab you can see the date the assignment was assigned or is going to be assigned, and the date it is due. Scores are not calculated into the students’ average until the due date arrives. Users can only update their child and personal contact information. You will not be able to make changes to another parent/guardian's contact information.
You will be registering with your information, not your student's information. This way you will gain access to all students you are the parent/guardian of. Students can have their own logins to get to their own information. District 99 is committed to providing a reliable and effective system for accessing student grades. With this in mind, and taking into account the variety of home computer systems, it may not always be possible to determine the cause of a problem.
