Of course, like any system, all security protections are lost if your login and password are made public. Please do not share your login information with anyone, or leave that information in an unsecured location. You may change your password at any time by clicking on your name at the top right hand portion of the screen. Welcome to the Home Access Center, District 303's tool for efficient and timely communication with parents about their children.
Links are provided for viewing details on individual courses, accessing student fee information, and emailing teachers. When you log in, a secure connection is established using high-level data encryption. Data is presented for view-only access; updates are not possible.
Geneva CUSD 304 District & School Calendars
You can now easily move between each student’s information. Click on the radio button next to the student you want to view. Geneva CUSD 304 is not responsible to recommend or approve computer system requirements necessary to access the HAC. Guardians identified as an internet security risk will be denied access to the site.
Displays a month-view of the student's attendance that can be toggled to access all months within the current school year. For families with high school or middle school students using LISD laptops please see this guide to maintaining your laptop. If you have not yet logged into your Home Access Center account, please do so prior to the release of report cards to ensure the system has all of your students.
Moving Between Students in HAC
Geneva CUSD 304 will not be responsible for legal or financial obligations arising through unauthorized use of the District's system or internet. Geneva CUSD 304 does not promise any particular level or method of access to the internet site for viewing student information. An electronic version of the student’s progress throughout the course. This electronic interim progress report will be available prior to receiving the communication via mail.
The KIDS observation report will be provided to parents as a paper copy. ESchoolPLUS triggers grade alerts off the due date of the assignment, not the grade itself. If a teacher enters a grade within two days of the due date, a corresponding grade alert is sent to parents. If a grade is entered beyond the due date, an alert would not be sent. Leander ISD does not feel the current configuration of eSchoolPLUS alerts works well for our teachers or our families, and we have requested a product enhancement for changes. Geneva CUSD 304 will use reasonable measures to protect student information from unauthorized access.
Mobile Access
HAC makes it easy to move between your students within your account. Geneva CUSD 304 reserves the right to limit or terminate HAC access for any reason without notice. All guardians requesting a HAC account consent to electronic monitoring and understand that all activity is electronically recorded. Geneva CUSD 304 will not be responsible for actions taken by the guardian that would cause compromise of their student information. The student’s account will be disabled when the student withdraws, graduates or is expelled from Geneva CUSD 304.
Through HAC, all parents/guardians with students in kindergarten through grade 12 can view attendance information. This system provides real-time access to classroom grades, daily attendance, schedules, and assignments due. Both guardians and students have access to the system, and have separate logins. For guardians with more than one student at District 99, only one login is required. Parents/guardians and students have a responsibility to ensure that the username and password that is provided for accessing the Home Access Center is kept secure at all times. Students should not share their username or password with other students.
Help Desk Support
When assignments are ordered by class, class average information is shown below the student’s list of assignments. Teachers can select whether an assignment and its score should be published for HAC. However, unpublished assignments may be included in the student’s averages for a course. Most LISD Teachers use Google Classroom, so the Classwork feature may not be utilized fully at this time. A window will appear will your student’s coursework listed by class. Near the top will be two tabs on the left-hand side of the window.
Parents should strongly consider using the assignment grade information to start or continue a dialogue about classroom performance with their student. Look for trends, such as missing assignments, or poor performance in specific assignment categories, such as homework, writing assignments, quizzes, or tests. Parents are also encouraged to use this information to reinforce positive achievements that occur in the classroom.
Please note that assignments will be graded and recorded in a reasonable amount of time. Major projects and papers require a longer timeline for grading. Questions about your child’s grades should be directed to your student and then individual teacher. Geneva CUSD 304 is not responsible to provide any means, including but not limited to a computer system and/or internet access, by which any guardian may access the HAC. An electronic version of the student’s report card at the end of each term for grades 4 through 12.
View class assignments, scores received for each assignment, and the student’s overall grade summary/average. A parent can login to Home Access Center and change their own password in the upper right hand corner of the screen, by clicking on My Profile. Users can only update their child and personal contact information. You will not be able to make changes to another parent/guardian's contact information. For updates to emergency contacts, please reach out to the school directly.
Guardians will not attempt to access information or any account assigned to another user. Select the Home icon in the HAC Menu Bar to find the School Links tab to find the PTC Wizard link. You can register for an HAC Account after your student is enrolled in the School District.
